Weekly Family Plant Based Meal Plans

These meal plans were designed for my family of 4, but one of my kiddos is only 1. When designing your own meal plan for the week, you may need to adjust the size of recipes used to suit your own families needs.

Week 1: Getting Started

Week 1 Meal Plan: The recipes in this meal plan are more geared towards plant based beginners. The recipes are not to difficult but tend to please a diverse audience, including kids, the most picky of eaters. 

Week 2: A Focus on Healthy Eating

This week's meal plan is more focused on healthy options. The recipes are more whole foods plant based and there is a greater emphasis on vegetables.
