I missed french toast until I worked out this recipe. It took quite a few tries to get it exactly how I want it but I'm happy with it now. It works best with new bananas. Older bananas don't cook up quite as nicely though the recipe still works. I'm calling this a kid friendly recipe because my little dude likes it a lot. This recipe makes enough batter for 4-5 pieces of toast. I only make 3 at a time because they are filling. There is no way I could eat 4 or 5 in one sitting
