Week 2: A Focus on Healthy Eating

This week's meal plan is more focused on healthy options. The recipes are more whole foods plant based and there is a greater emphasis on vegetables.

I tried my best to used the proportions cited in Canada's Food Guide so most meals are 50% fruits and vegetables, 25% whole grains and 25% high protein foods.
